Apple Pickin'

I went apple picking with the Harriman gals in Vermont. We got some delicious Macintosh apples!

We've been painting!

Here is our lovely "new" foyer, painted in "Thunderstorm". Finally got SO done with the white walls and got out the paintbrushes and rollers and got busy! We've been painting as our time allows and over a couple weeks have gotten the trim and walls in the foyer and great room sanded, cleaned and double-coated! It looks so much nicer in here now! What a difference! And now, on to decorating...

The color in the living room is "Misty Summer Day". I can't believe how much better this room looks now!

You can see that the paint stops at the kitchen for now, but that will be getting some too over this next week or two :)
